Getting Started at Dog School:

The first step of process is always filling out our Registration Form. That'll put the wheels in motion on our end and you'll receive an email detailing the next steps. (If you registered and didn’t receive a confirmation email mentioning we received your application, please shoot an email to info@phillydogschool.com) Once your first day is scheduled, you’ll be provided with an online account credited with a free day of daycare from which you can manage your payments, view your dog's attendance history for all of our services, and schedule any future days of daycare.

Making sure your dog’s vaccinations are up to date beforehand, reading through our policies, and providing an email address of your veterinarian will make the process a lot smoother. We automatically submit a records request to the veterinarian email address you provide for them. We are typically unable to provide any services to you the day after you register. If you’re not already a client, you shouldn’t expect to rely on Dog School for a ‘last-minute’ type thing.
